Please check any received items immediately upon receipt of the delivery. If you have received your item and found it damaged or not to be as ordered, you must inform us immediately. In this case, you may return the item to us within 14 days of the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials intact. Items meeting these requirements will receive a full refund, minus any shipping or collection fees. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if products are received not in accordance with these requirements.
In accordance with distance trading regulations, we will accept returns for any reason so long as it is reported within 7 days of delivery. If the product is correct, intact or otherwise exactly as ordered (for example if the buyer ordered the wrong product) we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of uplift and return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received not in accordance with these requirements.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
